Local entrepreneur and construction industry leader Jacoby Landry purchased the iconic Northgate Mall property with plans to transform it into a dynamic mixed-use business center. The revitalized space will blend small retailers, professional service providers, and be anchored by a boutique medi-spa, fitness center, and indoor pickleball courts, reflecting growing demand for active lifestyle amenities in the community.
