Lafayette real estate powerhouse, philanthropist Nancy Van Eaton Prince dies at 86

Lafayette real estate executive Nancy Van Eaton Broussard Prince died at home Thursday at age 86, according to family and friends.

Prince, who was born in Houston, was a trailblazer in Lafayette’s real estate market and was a fixture in its philanthropic community for decades.
