LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) — A person was killed while walking in Lafayette this morning, authorities said.
Lafayette Police responded at 4:51 a.m. today to the area of SE Evangeline Thruway and Tower Drive, where a single vehicle hit a pedestrian, officials said. An unidentified person was found dead at the scene.
