OPELOUSAS, La. (KLFY) – The Opelousas Police Departmentis currently investigating a shooting that was reported earlier this evening on Jefferson and Oak Street.
Officers responded to the scene following multiple calls reporting gunfire in the area.
Officials said preliminary information indicates that a female victim was injured during the incident and has been transported to a local hospital for treatment. Her condition is currently unknown…
