YOUNGSVILLE, La. (KLFY) — The community of Youngsville gathered at Frioux-David’s Funeral Home to bid farewell to former Police Chief Earl Menard, who passed away after decades of service.
Chief Menard served as Youngsville’s police chief for 28 years and continued to contribute to the community as a liaison officer until his passing. His funeral service was attended by loved ones, fellow officers, and city leaders, who filled the chapel to honor his legacy.
