LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) —Lafayette has advanced to the final public voting phase for aNational Levitt Music Series Grant that could bring three years of free, professional outdoor concerts to the community beginning in 2026.
If awarded, Lafayette’s parks will have a chance to offer vibrant stages to welcoming residents and visitors alike to gather, connect, and celebrate live music.
If selected, Lafayette will host 10 free concerts each year featuring a wide variety of genres and professional artists. Concerts would be held at four of Lafayette’s most beloved community spaces: Brown Park, Girard Park, Moncus Park, and Parc Sans Souci…
