A Sunset couple has been arrested for allegedly physically abusing a woman with intellectual disabilities and Down syndrome, according to the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office. Benjamin Lagrange, 48, and Kendall Lagrange, 34, are both charged with cruelty to a person with infirmities. “Being a primary caregiver to persons with disabilities or infirmities can be challenging.
