ST. LANDRY PARISH, La. (KLFY) — Sheriff Bobby Guidroz says the trustee dorm, built right across the street from the St Landry Parish Jail, is helping with the issue of overcrowding. However, there are more challenges that need to be overcome.
“It’s the trustee door where you put inmates in there that can be trusted to do the right thing,” said Guidroz.
