LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) — Today started week two of the trial of former Lafayette Assistant District Attorney Gary Haynes on federal charges of bribery and conspiracy.
Haynes is accused of conspiring with Dusty Guidry, Leonard Franques and others to solicit bribes and kickbacks while Haynes was an assistant district attorney at the 15th Judicial District Attorney’s Office.
