On Tuesday, the nonprofit Prime Time officially opened a satellite location for its early childhood education program on the grounds of the historic Holy Rosary Institute, in the first move of a new program onto the soon-to-be revamped campus.
Since the start of the school year, nearly 60 kids have been attending pre-school classes at Holy Rosary, the first classes at the site since the Black Catholic school closed roughly 30 years ago.
