The Vermilion Parish Sheriff’s Office, the City of Abbeville, and local first responder agencies and businesses have come together to host Vermilion Parish’s first National Night Out community event, which will be held at A.A. Comeaux Park (Badon Field) on October 7th from 5-7pm.
This free event is designed to encourage the community to come together to meet first responders and explore emergency vehicles while enjoying refreshments and fun.
While you’re there, stop by the Vermilion Parish Sheriff’s Office and Champagne’s Supermarket tents for burgers and hot dogs then go to the Ray Chevrolet tent for chips and a drink. Deputies will also be handing out ice cream sandwiches provided by Blue Bell…
