COW ISLAND, La. (NEWS 15) — A singer from Vermilion Parish is capturing hearts as he chases his dream on NBC’s “The Voice.” Dustin Dale Gaspard’s blind audition, which aired earlier this week, resulted in a remarkable four-chair turn from the judges.
