LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) – A cold front will bring showers and thunderstorms to the area overnight. We will see passing downpours through midnight before a line of stronger storms arrives after 1 a.m. This line will pass through by 5 a.m. and could contain severe storms capable of producing damaging wind gusts and a tornado or two.
