LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) — The Lafayette-based non-profit “Never To Late Foundation” demolishes and rebuilds adjudicated properties, turning them into affordable housing for the city’s north side. The homes are sold below market value.
A property located on Harmony Street will be the first of possibly 40 affordable homes the crew plans to build.
