UPDATE: Prejean’s will open Friday at noon, according to restaurant owner Tim Metcalf.
Workers have been on the scene since Thursday evening’s kitchen fire to get everything back up and running. The fire was small enough and contained enough to prevent massive damage, and allowed for the work to be completed swiftly.
