ABBEVILLE, La. (NEWS 15) — A man and his girlfriend are behind bars after a woman reported shots were fired at her car, which also had two small children inside, according to the Abbeville Police Department.
Clauderious Darby, 36, is charged with aggravated assault with a firearm (4 counts), possession of Schedule II drugs, illegal use of weapons or dangerous instrumentalities, firearm free zone, obstruction of justice, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, violations of controlled dangerous substances, and illegal carry of weapons, crime, or CDS.
