LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) – Saturday saw warmer conditions with some sunshine in the afternoon hours which was a nice change from the gray, cold, and rainy pattern plaguing Acadiana. Overnight, temperatures hold in the 50s with high humidity. This will lead to fog formation after midnight, so make sure to take it easy on the roads Sunday morning. Sunday will see sunshine to start, but clouds build during the afternoon. Another front arrives in the evening hours, bringing rain chances back to Acadiana from 4 p.m. through 9 p.m. Once the front passes, colder and drier conditions settle in.
