LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) – Freezing temperatures are expected tonight with many areas dropping into the 20s. Winds will stay strong, making it feel more like the teens at times. A Cold Weather Advisory is in effect for the cold temperatures and strong winds. A Freeze Warning is in place as well.
Monday will start out with very cold conditions. Make sure to wear layers! Sunshine will help warm the area to near 50 degrees in the afternoon hours.
