BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — For many people, the holidays bring warmth and joy, but for some, they can bring sadness as reminders of grief creep in.
A wife and mother of three is using her daughter’s tragic passing to shift the way others handle a painful loss. Sports reporter Carley McCord died in a plane crash six years ago, just days after Christmas.
