Popular specialty grocer Trader Joe’s made their Lafayette intentions official, agreeing to purchase just under 3 acres for a store near River Ranch.
The Monrovia, California-based retailer closed on a deal earlier this month for land at 1710 Camellia Blvd, land records show. Pine Farm Limited Partnership LLC, which is registered to the Saloom family, was the seller.
