Baldwin Man, Paul Vernon Trahan, Arrested for Allegedly Distributing Private Images Without Consent

The Baldwin Police Department has reported the recent arrest of Paul Vernon Trahan, an individual implicated in the nonconsensual distribution of private images. The arrest occurred on December 30, 2025, according to a social media update from the police department itself.

Trahan, born on May 30, 1989, was apprehended under charges that correspond to Louisiana Revised Statute 14:283.2. This law addresses the illegality of distributing private images without consent. After a period of being wanted by law enforcement, information from the public and assistance from the Kaplan Police Department contributed significantly, to the successful location and subsequent arrest of Trahan.
