Acadiana, get ready for a new pick-up-and-go crawfish spot.

The Cajun Table is preparing to open a drive-thru-only location called “Boil and Go,” at 6974 Johnston St., Lafayette. Situated between Lafayette and Maurice, the location is closer to the Suire family’s crawfish ponds — and it will enable people to pick up crawfish without waiting on orders at the main restaurant, according to Lauren Suire.

“There will be no inside dining, no fryer — just our delicious crawfish and boiled sides,” said Suire, who co-owns The Cajun Table with her husband, crawfish farmer Sean Suire.

Sean Suire, a Vermilion Parish native, opened The Cajun Table at 4510 Ambassador Caffery Pkwy. in 2017 following the success of his boiled crawfish food truck.
