Lafayette Consolidated Government is looking to spend the remainder of federal HUD funding

Lafayette Consolidated Government is inviting nonprofits to apply for the remaining $840 million in federal Housing and Urban Development dollars.

The opening of applications was discussed at a meeting Tuesday in Lafayette. Speakers at the meeting also requested continued community feedback throughout the process to better meet residents’ needs.
