Earlier this week, a compelling video circulated on Instagram. In the reel, a Southern-accented narrator, who is not seen, describes and shows some crumbling bridge pilings as he navigates his boat between them.
The caption on the video states that the pilings are under the Interstate 10 bridge over the Atchafalaya Basin between Baton Rouge and Lafayette.
