RAYNE, La. (NEWS 15) — A city employee was arrested on allegations he adjusted meter readings in the billing system to steal power and water, according to the Rayne Police Department.
Dylan Menard, 23, of Rayne, is charged with malfeasance in office, injuring public records, and theft valued between $1,000 and $5,000. His bond is set at $20,000.
