Insomnia Cookies is planning a new downtown Lafayette location at 505 Jefferson Street. The popular cookies shop will be situated between Hub City Cycles and Teche Drugs Pharmacy, two doors down from Cocodrie Collective, in the former DBR space.
Known for its warm, made-to-order cookies and late-night service model, Insomnia Cookies typically offers a menu of classic and deluxe cookies, cookie cakes, brownies, ice cream, and wishes. The new Lafayette store follows the brand’s existing Louisiana footprint, which already includes locations in Lake Charles, Baton Rouge, and New Orleans.
