Former Congressman Charles Boustany recently earned a master’s degree in history from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
The six-term lawmaker was also honored with the Richard G. Neiheisel (Phi Beta Kappa) Graduate Award, which goes to the graduate student with the highest academic accomplishment in a classical arts and sciences degree.
