Suspect in Jeanerette Mardi Gras parade vehicular assault in custody

NEW IBERIA, La. (KLFY) — One of two suspects in an alleged vehicular assault at the Jeanerette Mardi Gras parade is in custody.

Hailey Mazzie Batiste, 25, of Broussard, was booked into the Iberia Parish jail on charges of attempted second degree murder, failure to seek aid and principal to aggravated second degree battery.
