LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) — With the Pokémon franchise celebrating its 30th anniversary, an Acadiana Artist debuted 96-painting mosaic in its honor.
Casey Meehan produced the massive collection of individual paintings, which was on display at Anubis Games and Hobbies. The project features an individual painting of every Pokémon from the most recent video game in the series. Meehan, a lifelong fan of the franchise, displayed the completed works together for one month leading up to the official Pokémon Day anniversary.
