An Acadiana High teacher is under investigation by the Lafayette Police Department after a complaint was filed, according to a school system spokesperson.
The police department received a complaint on Thursday involving a science teacher but could not provide details about the complaint, spokesperson Cpl. Ashley Wood said. She said the department only investigates crimes within the city limits and Acadiana High is located in Scott. It is unclear where an alleged crime may have occurred.
