A commercial building along Johnston Street that houses three businesses will be demolished so a Chipotle location can be built there.
The land that houses Sticks Billiards, Dawn Nails and Johnston Street Coin Laundry will be cleared after the property was recently sold to an LLC registered to New Orleans developer Craig Ripley for $800,000, land records show.
