- (3/18/26) The City of Breaux Bridge Water System will undergo modifications at the water plant on Wednesday, March 18. During this time, water stored in elevated towers will remain safe for consumption. Due to potential microbiological contamination during the modifications, the city has issued a Boil Water Advisory starting at noon. The advisory will remain in effect until further notice from the Health Department.
