SCOTT, La. (KLFY) – A residential fire broke out in the 1100 block of Lebesque Road on Wednesday night. The home was unoccupied at the time of the blaze and no injuries were reported.
The Scott Fire Department was first on the scene. Upon arrival, fire crews observed flames coming from a rear bedroom of the residence.
Firefighters deployed a handline and made entry into the structure to combat the blaze. Crews were able to rapidly contain and extinguish the fire before it could extend to other areas of the home…
