LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) — Logan Narcisse knew the moment he walked into the W.D & Mary Baker Smith Career Center, this was for him.
“I was like, ‘Man, I don’t want to go to a four year college.’ I like this better,” Logan said. “I’m more of a hands on guy. So careers. And it really helped me learn a lot.”
And ever since then, this Northside High Senior put his future into motion, learning all things in the HVAC and electrical world. He said, because of the Career Center’s connections to the professional world, he’s making contacts never available to him before he started this program…
