LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) — Dozens of people gathered along Jefferson Street in downtown Lafayette Saturday morning as part of a nationwide day of protests known as the “No Kings” day of action.
Demonstrators lined the street holding signs and chanting during the peaceful rally. Organizers say similar demonstrations were taking place in cities across the country.
