UL Lafayette, SoLAcc launch transfer path for health students

A partnership between the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and South Louisiana Community College will ensure students’ success as they move from one institution to the next.

On Thursday, March 26, the two schools officially signed a transfer agreement that will allow SoLAcc graduates to apply course credits earned at the community college toward a bachelor’s degree in health services administration from UL Lafayette.

The agreement — between UL Lafayette’s College of Nursing & Health Sciences and SoLAcc’s Division of Nursing and Allied Health — enables graduates who hold associate’s degrees in health studies from SoLAcc to apply 55 course credits earned at the community college toward UL Lafayette’s 120-credit-hour bachelor’s degree in health services administration…
