LOUISIANA — One person was killed and two others were injured in a shooting Monday evening in New Iberia, according to the New Iberia Police Department.
Officers were called around 5:30 p.m. to the area of Field Street near French Street, where they found two victims at the scene.
Authorities said one victim was transported by ambulance to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. The victim’s identity has not yet been released…
