ABBEVILLE, La. (NEWS 15) — A woman was found dead at a local apartment complex, launching an investigation, according to the Abbeville Police Department.
Police Chief Mike Hardy reported the woman has been identified as Nicoletta Menard, 44, of Abbeville.
