CROWLEY, La. (NEWS 15) — A 2-year-old child was shot in the head while sleeping in a car seat in Crowley.
Crowley Police Chief Troy Hebert said officers responded to the 1500 block of North Avenue I on Monday, April 6, just before 11 p.m. and found a red Kia that had been hit with multiple rounds from a 9mm gun.
He added two adult women and the toddler were in the vehicle when the shooting happened, but only the child was struck by gunfire…
