SCOTT, La. (KLFY)- The Scott Boudin Festival got underway in Scott, bringing thousands together to celebrate one of Acadiana’s most iconic foods.
The festival featured local delicacies like boudin and cracklins from vendors including The Best Stop.
Boudin, a staple of Cajun cuisine, remained a favorite not just in Scott but across South Louisiana. The Best Stop, a well-known supermarket that has served the Acadiana region for nearly 40 years, was among the vendors drawing crowds.
