TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Debra and Marcus Stokes, a Plant City couple in their 70s, said they are facing the loss of the home they built more than 40 years ago after catastrophic water damage destroyed nearly everything inside.
The Stokes said they believed they were covered under their homeowners insurance policy.
