WINTER HAVEN, Fla. – Two Winter Haven food truck operators are facing felony charges after authorities say they found a dropped debit card at an Eagle Lake gas station and went on a multi-store spending spree totaling nearly $1,500.
Marlon Cummings, 47, and Tamika Cummings, 44, owners of the Island Jerk Caribbean food truck, were arrested on August 14 and charged with third-degree felony grand theft and third-degree felony possession of personal identification of another person without consent.
