POLK COUNTY, Fla. — A volunteer chaplain with Polk County Fire Rescue is being remembered Wednesday, days after he was killed in an auto crash.
Volunteer Chaplain Hector Cruz was killed in a crash in the Eagle Lake area on Aug. 19. He was 69 years old.
