POLK COUNTY, Fla. – A Polk County Sheriff’s deputy and another driver were sent to the hospital early Friday morning following a two-vehicle head-on crash between Haines City and Poinciana.
The crash happened around 5:53 a.m. near the intersection of Cypress Parkway, also known as Johnson Avenue, and Miss Mary Ann Road.
