POLK COUNTY, Fla. – Two men from Port St. Lucie were taken into custody Thursday afternoon after deputies caught them attempting to steal merchandise from a Davenport retail store, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to an in-progress retail theft call at the Marshalls located in the Posner Park shopping center around 4:03 p.m. on September 3, 2026.
