LAKELAND, Fla. (WFLA) — Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier announced charges against a Polk County man who is accused of molesting his girlfriend’s daughter.
According to Uthmeier, Rafiq Osbourne McDonald, 34, was charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious molestation of a child under 12, promoting sexual performance of a child, and two counts of possession of child sex abuse material (CSAM).
