Lakeland, Florida, has long benefited from its strategic location between Tampa and Orlando, but a new generation of development is beginning to change how commercial real estate professionals view the city itself. From Former Industrial Property to Mixed-Use District
The Lake Wire development occupies roughly 22 acres near downtown and was launched as a partnership between Atlanta-based developer Carter and Hunt Companies.
The original master plan called for approximately 630 multifamily units and 30,000 square feet of retail space across multiple phases.
