POLK COUNTY, Fla. – The man found guilty of killing a former Lakeland city commissioner and her husband is now scheduled to be sentenced. The sentencing process will begin Monday for Marcelle Waldon, who was found guilty last week for the 2020 murders of ex-commissioner Edie Yates-Henderson and her husband David Henderson.
