ZEPHYRHILLS, Fla. – A 31-year-old man is dead after a shootout and standoff Friday in Zephyrhills that involved multiple law enforcement agencies and a SWAT team. Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco identified the man who died as Alfredo Luis Rodriguez at a press conference after the situation came to an end.
