The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office has made an arrest following an investigation into a traffic fatality that occurred Dec. 19 on Harney Road in Thonotosassa. Deputies responded to a traffic crash at the intersection of Harney and Williams roads at 8:45 p.m. that evening. They found a woman down in the roadway.
